Subscriber’s Automatic Renewal Feature:
Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you tell us to stop.
Before the start of each renewal, you will be sent a reminder notice stating the term and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card or payment account will be charged or you will be sent an invoice for your subscription. You may cancel at any time during your subscription by contacting customer service at the information below. Note: we do not refund subscriptions once paid.
If the Post Office alerts us that they are unable to deliver your magazine, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address within one year. All orders subject to approval. By ordering, you agree not to resell any subscriptions purchased from this site.
Can I buy a subscription if I do not live in the US or Canada?
Yes. Please contact our customer services team for subscriptions to locations outside of the US or Canada.
When will my subscription start?
You will receive the next available issue, which will arrive in 6 to 9 weeks.
I am missing an issue, what can I do?
You can request a replacement via your subscription management site. Alternatively, please contact our customer services team.
Can I change the delivery address or any personal details?
Yes, subscriptions can be delivered to any address. The only requirement is that the delivery country matches the country selected when you add something to your basket. You can choose the specific delivery address as part of the checkout process.

How do I know if the purchase is confirmed?
You will receive an email receipt from us. Please check your spam folders if you don’t receive anything.
How do I renew my subscription?
You may edit your details and order through your subscription management site. Your subscription will auto-renew, but you may cancel at any time. See terms for details. Rolling subscription isn’t relevant since every subscription auto-renews.
How do I cancel my subscription?
This can be done via your subscription management site. Once a subscription is paid, we do not extend refunds.
How do I get a gift card?
This can be done via the thank you page once you’ve completed your purchase. Here you can schedule a card to be sent via email or you can print it out.
I’ve just bought a new subscription and can’t log in, what can I do?
It can take up to 48 hours for a new subscription to be set up. If you ordered more than 48 hours ago and you are still having trouble logging in, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.
