• All entries are reviewed prior to posting and may be edited for clarity, grammar, voice, or style. 
  Images may be cropped to fit.

• We do not send proofs before posting, nor do we change copy or images after posting.

• GRAY reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason. If your entry is rejected, GRAY will refund your payment minus transaction fees.

• By entering, the submitter agrees they are authorized to submit the material and by extension authorizes GRAY Media, LLC, to publish the material on graymag.com, and on any/all social media platforms should GRAY opt to promote the event outside of the website. GRAY will not be held responsible for obtaining copy or image usage rights by any means.
